• Proposals remain for 24 much needed new homes

• More two bedroom apartments are being provided compared to one beds – the revised mix being:

• A ground floor nursery is still being provided to support employment opportunities of approximately 40 full time and other part time jobs

• The building remains at three stories with a set back fourth floor

• The building’s footprint has been narrowed in width by approximately 5m, presenting a reduced elevation to the northern and southern elevations

• The building has been brought closer to the High Street so as to align with existing buildings which in turn increases the public space to the rear

• Additional planting introduced to the public open space which remains to the rear of the building

• Disabled parking spaces have increased and moved adjacent to the new layby therefore providing a “car free” area to the front of the building

• With the number of two bedroom apartments increasing, cycle spaces have gone up in line with policy requirements. 71 spaces are being provided
